Care Instructions

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Hang to dry. 

Iron shirts inside out and only if necessary.

Do not dry clean.

Creation Process and Return Policy

Each order is individually created for YOU, my Book Wurm Best Friend Nerd Squad. From phone cases and socks to tote bags, shirts and caps. All made just for you when you order it, so make sure you have your sizing right before submitting that order and understand that the printing process adds a couple of days onto your shipping schedule.

Because of this we do not accept refunds or exchanges on any of our products. 

Damaged or Defective Goods

That being said, we're not monsters. We're genuinely proud of the products that we put out and we want to make sure that you receive cool stuff of the highest quality. If you receive an order from us and it's damaged or defective please e-mail us at bookwurmsupply@gmail.com with a photo of the item in question as soon as possible. We'll check it out and if we messed up we promise to get things sorted for you! Unworn goods only.

Duty Fees

We ship most of our stuff from California so if you don't live in the USA there's a chance you may have to pay a duty fee. All customers are responsible for their own duty fees, but it's really just a bit of a lottery and hopefully the folks working the border don't snag you on that!

Also, we have partners in Europe so if you live on that side of the world it'll ship from Latvia! Latvia sort of sounds like Latvaria, where Dr. Doom is from. Coincidence? No.

Canadians - shipping things across the border can sometimes take a few extra days as customs can hold up the delivery by weeks depending on the time of year. It's annoying and we hate it, but that's out of our control. We promise to get it on the road ASAP but if you're in a hurry we'd recommend paying to have expedited/rushed shipping.
